  17. Q) Why aren't the labels the full size of the case? They appear to be printing slightly too small...

  19. A) Most printers can only print ten inches across on a sheet of paper. Becasue of this, the SyQuest EZ Label Printer Pro prints the labels slightly smaller than the actual case. However, if you fold the label into the case, it will fit just fine.

  23. Q) Why am I forced to choose landscape mode for printing?

  25. A) This is done so the label will fit on the printed page. A SyQuest case label cannot fit on the printed page unless the page orientation is changed.

  29. Q) I was having trouble printing with an earlier version of this program. What was wrong?

  31. A) Version 4.0.1 of each of the products in the Label Printer Pro series saved  the printing preferences so you would not have to enter them again. This feature caused printing problems for many users and had to be temporarily removed.
